Accessing a One-Time Use Document

This article walks through how you can access your One-Time Use Document after purchasing from AIA Contract Documents. 

How do I access my One-Time Use Document?

Once you purchase a document from AIA Contract Documents can easily access two different ways: 

1. After purchasing you will see an Access This Document link on your purchase confirmation page as shown below: 

   

2. You can also access your documents anytime from the Order History tab within My Account. To do so:
   • Hover over your name in the top right hand corner and select My Account
   • Click the tab that says Order History
   • Here next to your purchase you will see a link that says Access Your Documents. 

The Access your Document link will take you to ACD5 where you can follow the steps to activate your account and start working within the online platform.

How quickly can I access my document after purchase?

You will be able to immediately access your document using the steps above. If you are unable to access your document or do not see the Access This Document button, please contact support@aiacontracts.com and they can provide assistance.
